ISO-Track is an intranet system for controlling and managing service quality documentation according to ISO standards.
Main features of ISO-Track are:
- User access control - The level of access can be set for group of users or individual user separately;
- Clear overview - users can use different views and filters to access the documents.
- Traceability of documents - every access or change of document is recorded. All the editors, responsible for the changed document are informed over the email about the change and actions they have to take with their own documents and processes.
- Communication - users can use systems bulletin board system to exchange information about the documents
- Control over the references in the documents - some documents may bi linked or attached to another. A change in one document can cause changes of many other documents. ISO-Track handle all the changes and inform all the responsible editors about the changes and necessary actions.
- Handling records - a special module can handle the records, based on the ISO documentation.
- Easy access - all the documents are saved on a web server, that can be accessed from any part of the company or even other locations. All functions of the system can be accessed with web browser. Levels of access are protected with usernames and passwords.
